Specifications

In line with the development objectives of the CR and the EU an increasing share of agricultural land is farmed in various "ecological" modes. The purpose of the grants is to keep farming in the countryside while maintaining and enhancing their ecological functions, especially the protection of biodiversity. Unfortunately, various grant programs too often miss their stated effect - caused by either inappropriate setting of the grant program, the unsuitability of the relevant program for a particular locality or region, or incorrect compliance with grant conditions, albeit rarely. The contribution of the farming regime to the protection of biodiversity is relatively easy to evaluate using the model groups of organisms, especially selected insect orders.
