Innovative teaching materials

The Faculty of Arts of the University of South Bohemia offers a very interesting project supported by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic.

This is a documentary film that provides a look at a former labor camp in a remote place in the Trans-Baikal region, in the so-called Marble Gorge. Probably because of the difficult accessibility of the area, quite a few buildings and equipment have been preserved in this Gulag.

The film was created based on an expedition that was carried out by only two participants, Lukáš Holata and Radek Světlík.
